karen cole paper is a lifestyle collection of stationery and paper products, which embodies the style and spirit of its founder, Karen Bullard.  Perceiving a void in the marketplace for sophisticated yet fun invitations, Karen wanted to create stylish but whimsical paper products for all occasions.  karen cole paper was launched in 2004 and exhibited at the National Stationery Show in New York City.

In designing, Karen draws inspiration from her favorite things; beautiful fabrics, nature and her family.  She relies on such style influences as art, vintage textiles, her interior design background and many others. 

karen cole paper blends timeless and classic design with modern elements.  Bullard achieves this by drawing on her understanding of design and color and then accenting it with  fun details.  The karen cole paper collection provides an original look for the stylish paper lover who is aware of trends but does not rely on them.

Karen was born in Virginia, where she currently resides with her husband, two children, yellow lab and new wild kitten.  She has spent her entire career in design; however, this is her first foray into stationery.
